This is a promotional campaign from CWF – Corcoran Window Furnishings LTD (the “Company”). The Promotion will run from October 2022 and will end at the sole discretion of the Company. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time

By participating and upon qualification for this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

– The Discount code is applicable to any product
– Discount code is only redeemable through our online store at www.cwf.ie
– Minimum checkout purchase of €60 required
– Discount codes are Non-Transferable nor can be exchanged for cash
– Discount codes have a validity of 30 days and will expire if not used
– Promotion discount codes can only be used once per finalized purchase and shipping of products

Rights of Media

We love to see our products being useful and displayed by our customers on social media using the hashtag #ltdcwf or tag @cwfltd.

By entering promotion and tagging CWF LTD in any of their social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Youtube), you agree in a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use any media you have tagged CWF LTD in, hereinafter referred to as “Media”, in our marketing. This includes the right to use on our website, email newsletter, social media, print materials, store the content in internal archives and other customer communications and marketing purposes. At no time will we claim ownership rights of the picture, only the right to use them in our marketing materials.

You hereby certify that:

-You own all your rights to the Media
-You have been granted permission from any person with the rights or appearing in the Media

The use of your Media by CWF LTD will not violate any third party’s rights or violate any law.
Hereby, you release CWF LTD from all obligations to pay you for the use of your Media and for the intellectual property rights of those associated with the above-described uses, thereby freeing and agreeing to keep CWF LTD and all persons acting for CWF LTD free from all claims and liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the Media material as described above.
